Very nice hotel! We had a room on the 2nd floor in the building next to the indoor pool. The room was very big and had suitable furnishings. We were very satisfied with the bathroom equipment too. It was regularly cleaned, and the towels were changed every day. We had booked all inclusive.

It was about 20 minutes away from Marsa. In Marsa, there were basically just Egyptian tourists and locals, really great. The hotel offered excursions to different places. We went to the Siwa Oasis. Recommended. The beach was clean, and the water was super nice and clear. There were a couple of stones in the sea, but that's just nature... ;-)

The service was tremendous. Both the quality and taste of the food were positively rated. The beach was excellent. The cleanliness of the room in Hotel Carols Beau Rivage was found to be of the highest quality.
